Chrome Six Nine Return Policy

Chrome Six Nine will accept returns on the following conditions:

• A receipt is present

• Within 30 days of the receipt of sale

• Is in the original packaging

• Items must be clean, in like-new condition, and in clean and re-marketable original packaging to receive full credit

• Clearance items are not eligible for returns

Money will be refunded for the amount paid per the receipt. Returns will be made via the original method of payment unless it is an item on account and the account has a balance. It will then be credited back to the account.

 

Chrome Six Nine Special Order Policy

Chrome Six Nine will do special orders for chrome parts and accessories with the following conditions:

• An estimate of cost is presented. Estimates are only valid for 30 days

• This estimate is paid in full – including shipping – prior to placing the order

• Payments are non-refundable

• Special orders must be installed or picked-up within 30 days of arrival. If not, it becomes property of Matzke Diesel DBA Chrome Six Nine for resale

• No returns or refunds

• Chrome Six Nine is not responsible for production delays or damage during shipping

 

Chrome Six Nine Raincheck Policy

Chrome Six Nine will issues rainchecks with the following conditions:

• The item is a normal stock item

• The raincheck is requested during the sale period

• Rainchecks will only be valid for 60 days

• The item must be installed or picked-up within 30 days of arrival. If not, it becomes property of Matzke Diesel DBA Chrome Six Nine for resale

• Chrome Six Nine is not responsible for production delays or damage during shipping

• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of the items for the raincheck

 

Chrome Six Nine Warranty Policy

All items carry manufacturer warranty and are warrantied through the manufacturer. Warranty claims and repair claims must be made through Chrome Six Nine. The final warranty decision is always the manufacturers.
